Third Thursday: PROP-tober . . . Fun Ways to Make New Garden Plants Over the Winter
Despite the end of the growing season and the often dry weather, autumn is still a good time to propagate some of your favorite plants. We will show you some unique, but easy methods to propagate indoors over the winter, and you’ll leave with examples of three different propagation methods. Begonias in a recycled salad box? Sure! Rooting cuttings in a bag of wet newspaper? Why not! Recycled jars and some crafty twine? Let’s make a hanging propagating station.
Prop-tober…Fun Ways to Make New Garden Plants Over the Winter is $20/person; AM&G members receive a $5 discount. Space is limited to 25 participants. Pre-registration is recommended.
