Forest Bathing

Join guest presenter and trained forest bath guide, Anne Markham Bailey, as we slow down, disconnect from the frenzy of everyday life, and gain new perspective. Forest bathing, also known as Nature Therapy, is a guided immersion in nature and focuses on connecting with nature through the senses. Evidence-based studies have shown many possible physical and mental benefits of the practice including improved mental health, decreased stress levels, and lower blood pressure. We will conclude the program with a tea ceremony.
